Presentation

Hélène Bruderer holds a Doctorate in law from the University of Geneva. She is currently working as an attorney-at-law on the IP/IT team of the law firm Homburger AG, in Zurich. In parallel, she also conducts scientific research on digital law as an affiliated researcher at the Digital Law Center of the University of Geneva.

Her research fields are focused on digital law, intellectual property, and privacy. During her Ph.D., she worked as a teaching and research assistant to Jacques de Werra, Prof. Irene Calboli, and Prof. Philippe Ducor. She also carried out part of her doctoral research at the Harvard Law School and the Center for Information and Innovation Law at the University of Copenhagen.
